Rainy Day!

According to my EDD (estimated due date) I'm about 5 weeks and 5 days. Right now the baby is between 1/5 and 1/4 of an inch or the size of and orange seed. I can't even comprehend a child ever being so small! The heart has already started being even though it's not fully functional. It's still unbelieve able that we found out nine days ago that we were expecting. I think I'm still in shock. I'm continually having people ask me how I'm feeling. I honestly have no idea how to respond to this question. I feel fine other than wanting to fall asleep every few hours or the having the urge to eat everything I think of. Some (Keith) might say I'm a little moody, but I don't see it. :) I guess that's all the pregnancy news I have for now.

We have a 4 month old pug named Lexi. I'm pretty sure she's the love of Keith's life, but I'm ok with that. Lately it seems she's been getting into everything which I'm sure is payback for dressing her up in some ridiculous outfits when she was tiny. (i.e. the fido float) The good news is she can entertain herself for a while by playing with her tail or ball before she decides she wants to jump around on my stomach. I'm seriously hoping we'll be able to get her to stop that rather soon.

I have today and tomorrow off so hopefully I'll get the urge to unpack a few of our boxes and maybe hang up a couple of things. Keith seems to be doing all of the actual decorating. I'd like to be a part of it (more so than us discussing where a wall hanging should go). Maybe I'll even get a few pictures posted! Then again, it's raining and I love to just lay down with a book on days like this!
